Ann Goebel is a Shingo Prize winning industry practitioner, educator, and consultant. 30 years of experience range from manufacturing, retail, agriculture, hospitality, and higher education define her effective brand of gaining buy in for change to deliver measurable results. After career experiences in sales, marketing, quality and operations management, she completed her Manufacturing Engineering Technology, MS from Minnesota State University, Mankato. There she served nine years as faculty for the Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering Technology Department followed by six years as Director of Strategic Partnerships. Many companies have benefited from her expertise. Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (BVQI), Lean (SME), and TWI- JI/JR. Her Shingo Prize was earned as part of SME's Lean Certification Exam Team. She is Past Board President of The Greater Minnesota Partnership, and served two year terms on Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Business and Industry Outreach Council.
Dennis Goebel brings deep executive experience including several Fortune 500 companies. Dennis’ sector knowledge spans from medical device, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, plastics processing, packaging, automotive aftermarket, to tool making. His specialties include strategic planning, strategy deployment, team building, lean implementation, P&L management, budget control, cost reduction, ERP implementation, technology implementation, organization design, FDA cGMP compliance, ISO implementation, union negotiations, and employee development. He holds a Mechanical Engineering BS from the University of Minnesota and completed the International Management Programme, INSEAD Institute, Switzerland. Dennis is an entrepreneur and President of Diesel Conversion Specialists with locations in Minnesota and Montana.
Hanna Hartman represents the new generation of leaders. Her skills excel in data analytics, critical thinking, communication, and project management. She served three years as faculty in the Offutt School of Business at Concordia College, Moorhead. Hanna excels in the science of decision making. Her research work has focused on labor, international finance and trade with an eye on practical business applications. She has been tested with complex project deliverables through her work at Minnesota State University, Mankato, the University of Nebraska’s Bureau of Business Research, and Nebraska’s Department of Labor. She has an Applied Economic MS, and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and German. She was a multi-year co-mentor for Concordia’s Mayo Innovation Scholar Program, where she analyzed the business strategies and design elements of medical innovations.
